This Reseller Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our award-winning natural haircare products are distributed both in Australia and internationally.
Reseller Policy
1. Authorised Resellers
Only authorised resellers are permitted to distribute eekoloks® Haircare Australia products. To become an authorised reseller, you must agree to and comply with this Reseller Policy. Applications will be reviewed based on:
- Demonstrated business/industry experience.
- Compliance with Australian regulations or applicable international laws.
- Alignment with eekoloks® Haircare Australia's brand values and mission to provide natural, sustainable, and safe haircare solutions for children.
2. Pricing and Discounts
Resellers must adhere to the pricing guidelines set by eekoloks® Haircare Australia. Any adjustments to retail prices (including promotional discounts) require pre-approval. Resellers are prohibited from:
- Selling below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
- Offering unauthorised discounts, promotions, or bundled offers.
3. Distribution Territories
This policy applies to all authorised resellers distributing eekoloks® products in Australia and internationally. Resellers may only sell within their designated territories unless written authorisation is provided. Selling to third parties for resale outside agreed regions is strictly prohibited.
4. Product Handling and Storage
Resellers are responsible for maintaining the integrity of eekoloks® products through proper handling, storage, and display. Products must be stored in a clean, dry, and safe environment to preserve their quality.
5. Marketing and Brand Usage
Authorized resellers may market and promote eekoloks® products using approved materials and in alignment with our brand guidelines. This includes:

Any new marketing materials or promotions must be approved by eekoloks® Haircare Australia prior to use.
6. Product Returns and Warranty
eekoloks® Haircare Australia provides a standard warranty on all products. Resellers must follow our return procedures in the event of defects or other product issues. Resellers should clearly inform their customers of warranty terms and ensure prompt processing of any claims.
7. Compliance and Certification
Resellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, including consumer protection regulations, product safety standards, and import/export restrictions. For international markets, resellers must verify that products meet the required standards and maintain regulatory certification in their local markeplace.
8. Exclusivity
Exclusivity agreements may be offered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in writing. Resellers granted exclusivity for a specific region or market must meet agreed-upon sales targets and marketing commitments. Failure to meet these targets may result in termination of exclusivity.
9. Order Fulfilment and Shipping
Resellers are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders to their customers. Products should be shipped using reliable services to ensure timely delivery and safe arrival. Any shipping-related issues or damages must be reported to eekoloks® Haircare Australia immediately.
10. Termination
eekoloks® Haircare Australia reserves the right to terminate the reseller agreement at any time, including but not limited to:
- Non-compliance with this policy.
- Failure to meet sales targets (if applicable).
- Selling products in unauthorised territories.
- Actions that damage the brand’s reputation or violate applicable laws.
11. Confidentiality
Resellers must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information such as pricing, new product launches, and sales strategies. This information must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
12. Liability and Indemnification
Resellers agree to indemnify and hold eekoloks® Haircare Australia harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the resale or distribution of our products, including but not limited to legal actions, consumer complaints, or product liability claims.
Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing eekoloks® products on a wholesale basis, you ("the Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the supply and purchase of our products and are applicable within the State of New South Wales.
2. Wholesale Account Approval
All potential wholesale customers must apply for a wholesale account with eekoloks® Australia.
The approval of wholesale accounts is subject to our discretion, based on various factors including business legitimacy, the nature of the business, and adherence to our terms and conditions.
3. Wholesale Pricing and Payment Terms
Wholesale pricing will be provided to approved wholesale customers upon account activation.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Taxes, shipping costs, and any additional applicable charges will be added to the final invoice within your wholesale shopping cart.
Payment are agreed upon with the wholesale customer upon checkout and a copy of the invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address.
4. Minimum Order Quantities and Product Selection
Wholesale orders must meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified in your wholesale account.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and may vary from time to time.
eekoloks® Australia reserves the right to limit or modify product selection and quantities at its discretion.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping and delivery of wholesale orders will be arranged by eekoloks® Australia to your designated shipping address.
Any shipping costs, duty fees, or additional charges will be the responsibility of the Buyer, unless stated otherwise.
eekoloks® Australia will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Defective or incorrect products must be reported to eekoloks® Australia within 7 days of receipt.
All returns or exchanges require prior written approval by eekoloks® Australia.
eekoloks® Australia reserves the right to choose between a replacement, repair, or refund for approved returns or exchanges.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, relating to eekoloks® Australia products shall remain the property of eekoloks® Australia.
The Buyer shall not infringe upon, misuse, or reproduce any intellectual property rights associated with the products without prior written consent from eekoloks® Australia.
8. Confidentiality
The terms and conditions, pricing, business information, and any other confidential information shared between eekoloks® Australia and the Buyer shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These wholesale terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
